Founded in 2015, 3 owners named Allan Lye, Alex Yee and Cherry Chan. The name originated from Australia's nickname which is Aussi. And that's how OC Bakery is named for.

The design of logo is very interesting. There is a total of 3 circles inside the logo which represent 3 owners. Bolded circle represents Cherry while other 2 circles represent Allan and Alex. Allan and Alex are brothers.
